Community Support Specialist

Job Title: Member Services Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

About the Role
We are looking for a Member Services Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for both clients and colleagues. You’ll be the first point of contact for our community, whether that’s answering calls, greeting visitors, or helping the team with day-to-day operations.

This is more than just a front desk role. We are looking for someone who has a growth path in mind and wants to move into an Association Administrator position as soon as they are ready. If you’re ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn, this role is the first step toward a rewarding career with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first connection: Answer high-volume calls, direct inquiries, and make sure every interaction starts on a positive note.
  • Welcome visitors: Assist guests in person and keep our lobby and shared spaces organized and professional.
  • Keep things running: Handle payments, mail, and files while keeping records accurate and accessible.
  • Support the team: Jump in on projects, create reports, update websites, and help with virtual meeting coordination.
  • Build relationships: Provide excellent service to homeowners, board members, and colleagues every day.
