Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Janitor your average day will Include:

• Clean hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, walls, floors, windows, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, sills, furniture, rugs, trash chutes, garage, and other work and common areas.
• Monitor and remove trash, debris, and hazardous obstacles from the interior and exterior of the building premise, and trash enclosures weekly, and transport trash to disposal room.
• Mop lobby and by all elevators on every floor
• Mop trash rooms on every floor.
• Report vandalism, damage and/or items left in common and limited common areas.
• Clean railing and sweep stairwells.
• Clean windowsills.
• Work with vendors and obtain necessary information for tracking purposes.
• Post notices as directed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
