Club 10 Café, located inside The Resort at Hansen Park, is looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our team. This is more than a traditional cashier role. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and guests, preparing espresso and specialty beverages, taking food orders, serving beer and wine, and helping create the welcoming, resort-style experience Club 10 is known for.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to Club 10 standards
- Operate the POS/register and process payments accurately
- Handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Take and prepare food orders, including sandwiches, pizzas, breakfast items, and other light food prep
- Serve beer and wine in accordance with Washington MAST requirements
- Greet residents and guests and provide prompt, friendly service
- Answer questions about menu items and Resort amenities
- Keep the café, dining area, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift
- Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to management
- Follow food safety and handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista, cashier, or food service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
You’ll do well in this role if you are:
- Friendly and confident interacting with guests
- Reliable and consistent
- Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Able to multitask while maintaining strong customer service
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Cash handling experience required
- Washington Food Handler’s Card, or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire
- Washington MAST permit, or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
